I made a fully lined cotton dress for my niece.

- amended to include puff sleeves.

Fabric : 100% cotton peter rabbit pattern from John Lewis
Lining : 100% cotton white
concealed Zipper
elastic string for sleeves
I could have used it as one big collar separate from the body but this time I attached it to the body.
This fabric is so cute and sweet
