I was lucky to get this pattern test. It has a fitted body and waist with a relaxed skirt. The original pattern has a front slit but i shortened the length and removed the slit.
I normally use size S for her patterns but this time i used M size to resize my non-standard body size. Plus i didn’t want to have it be too fitted but slim enough.

First, I had to reduce the back darts at both the waist top and the skirt since i used a M size pattern i/o S which is my regular.
Second, My bust size is between S~M. So I kept the patterns bust, however I wanted to have less V depth at the CF. I increased the CF length as you can see in the 3rd pic. But, Becoz of the change, I had to add elastic at the top as well to reduce the fabric around the upper chest where it is too loose. (Bust itself fitted perfect tho)

I didn't add a lining and there is a conceal zipper at the back center.
This is not sewing beginner friendly but I think this is good challenge to improve your sewing skill.
I had so much fun to make this dress. slim fitting bodice but with a relaxed fitting skirt. I would like to use the pattern again sometime soon to make a mid length dress with a front slit detail.
